Samantha Ariza, MA, LPC
The passion for helping people started while she was a teacher. She would spend a majority of her planning periods talking to students and fostering a safe space for them to exist. This led her to pursue a master’s degree in Clinicial Mental Health Counseling. Samantha became licensed in 2017 and officially launched her private practice in 2022. Samantha facilitates mental health programs in schools, communities, and businesses with a company called Minding Your Mind. These programs focus on emotions, managing emotions, mental health information, self care practices, and ways to create a compassionate climate. Ariza Inspire Co is another way for her to help, inspire, and spread the word of mental health to others.
